High speed In mould Labeling System (IML series), with the cycle time of 250cc Round Cup with 4 cavities as short as 7~9 sec and the output more than 1 million per month.

IML C4 series In Mould Labeling System can be applied to all kinds of beverage cup, such as milk, tea, coffee, juice and water. The system consistes of  AF-200 high speed hybrid close-loop injection molding machine, hot runner mould, label handling system and auto stack machine.

In order to achieve high speed and stability, FCS develops AF series high speed close-loop injection molding machine with excellent hydraulic and electric hybrid technology, which adopts bi-loop, with feeding and mold opening/closing simultaneously, shorten cycle time and save energy. AF-200 is equipped with ACC and injection close loop control, which ensures stability and its injection speed is up to 500mm/sec.

The label handling machine of IML C4 adopts modular design, which ensures quick and easy changes of setting as per customer's requirement. Besides,system is equipped with tri-axis servo drive robot, which is fast and precise.

FCS also provides operation and maintenance training for clients.
