BMC (Bulk Molding Compounds) is one of the thermosetting plastic material. Bmc has many properties including Heat-resistance, Flame-retardant, Erode-resistance, High Mechanical Strength, Dimensions Stability and Electrical Insulated. It is widely used into kinds of industries including Automotive parts, Electronic parts, Household appliances and Communication equipment. 
Features: 
Single cylinder hydraulic auto-feed mechanism, it can supply the function of feeding steady. 
Newly developed FCS-2100 controller, the reaction is very fast and stable. 
Applied to Accumulator for high-speed injection, it can supply high-speed capacity in a very short time and proceed high-speed molding.  (option) 
Mould cavity vacuum equipment is optional, it can make molding more precise and decreasing defective rate of the product. 
Designing filling material stand, it is convenient to fill material (FT-520 BMC) . 
The plate equipped with adiabatic spacer, it can let the mold temperature control more precise.
